In line with the SDG6, Target 6.2, AbSWSC with support from the USAID has keyed into articulating the rights and specific needs of all members of staff and customers irrespective of their sex, physical, social or economic circumstances in its entire operations and sewage delivery
Abia state WASH policy 3.3.2 deal on Gender and social inclusion.
AbSWSC leadership and management is poised to eliminate all forms of discrimination and provide an equitable system through its Gender Policy to empower women to have fair representation at all levels, especially at decision making positions.
